November 2019 Employee of the Month
Joan Grover was unanimously selected as November’s Employee of the Month. Joan is in her first year as the 5th – 12th Band/MS-HS Vocal Instructor at Flinthills, but it is her 29th year overall in education. She was nominated by Jeremy Boldra. She was described as a teacher who has brought a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge to the Flinthills Music Department. She has also done an excellent job of promoting our students by taking them to perform at retirement homes several times this semester. Our students have made huge strides under the tutelage of Mrs. Grover because of her care for students and the knowledge and work ethic she has brought to our school. Joan will receive a certificate and a Flinthills jacket.
