The intermediate school is doing a library fundraiser during Read Across America next week with a "Who Will Kiss the Goat?" contest. We would like to invite the middle and high school students to participate. Each participating teacher or para has a jar outside the intermediate office. Students may vote for their choice by putting money into one (or more) of the jars. The teacher who brings in the most money will be kissing a goat next Thursday. Participating teachers and paras are Mrs. Casteel, Mrs. Cogdell, Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Dragoo, Mrs. Alvord, Mrs. Thomas and Mrs. Waller. Voting is open now and will close at the morning bell on March 5.
All students who received an application to the National Honor Society please have your application turned in by Thursday, March 5th.
Student Council Blood Drive will be March 4th in the Board office again from 8:30-2:15. Please sign up on the Red Cross website or with Mr. Sorum as soon as you know you can donate. **We still have several open spots for the drive on Wednesday. Middle & High School Parents - Spring Conferences are coming up by appointment from 4-8 pm on March 11th and 12th. There will be no school on Friday March 13th preceding Spring Break, which will be March 16th - 20th. Teachers will be reaching out in the coming weeks to the parents of students with Ds or Fs; however, anyone is welcome to set up a conference.
