📣 FCA FALL CONFERENCE | NOVEMBER 14–15

Flinthills students in grades 6–12 are invited to attend the Kansas FCA Fall Conference on November 14–15, 2026, at the Webster Conference Center in Salina, Kansas!

This is a great opportunity for students to grow in their faith, connect with other Christian student-athletes from across Kansas, and spend time in competition, small groups, worship, and chapel.

💲 Cost: $77 per student
👥 Open to students in grades 6–12

Students will participate in small groups with others of the same gender and grade level. Lunch and dinner are provided Saturday, along with breakfast and a to-go lunch on Sunday.

🛏️ What to Bring: A pillow and blanket or sleeping bag, Bible, change of clothes, comfortable/athletic clothing, extra shoes, and spending money for FCA gear if desired.

📝 Registration & Transportation:
Students must register individually at https://www.ksfca.org/conference. After registering, please let Mr. Willhite and/or Mrs. Mahnken know you plan to attend so we can coordinate transportation and plan accordingly! Arrangements and departure/return times will be communicated once attendance numbers are confirmed.

Financial Assistance Available! We want every student who wants to attend to have the opportunity to go! If the $77 registration fee is the only thing standing between you and attending the conference, please reach out to us about scholarship assistance. We don't want finances to keep anyone from this opportunity, and we would love to help make it possible for students to attend!

🐄 FFA Dairy Cattle CDE Results!🐄

This Wednesday, our Flinthills FFA members traveled to Kingman to compete in the South Central District Dairy Cattle Career Development Event, and they did an INCREDIBLE job! After a long day of judging alongside more than 500 students, our kids showed up, put in the work, and represented Flinthills exceptionally well!

🏆GREENHAND TEAM — 1ST PLACE OVERALL!🏆

Our Greenhands, made up of first-year agricultural education students, brought home the FIRST-PLACE TEAM PLAQUE! We also had some outstanding individual finishes:
🥉 Makinsey W. — 3rd place
🏅 Luke P. — 7th place
🏅 Brentley D. — 9th place
👏 Braylin W.C. — 21st place

🏅SENIOR TEAM — 4TH PLACE OVERALL!🏅

Our senior team, made up of our other chapter members, also had a strong showing!
🏅 Lane J. — 9th place and individual medalist
👏 Cohen O. — 16th place
👏 Rylee R. — 17th place

I could not be prouder of this group! Competing against such a large field of students and earning these results is an incredible accomplishment. These students continue to demonstrate a willingness to put forth effort, a desire to improve, and a commitment to doing their best.

With FOUR team plaques in just three contests, along with a growing collection of individual medals, this group is building some incredible momentum! 🎉
