2017 Summer Strength and Conditioning Program and Football Camp Registration Form

It is time to start preparing for the 2017 Flinthills Mustangs Summer Strength and Conditioning Program and, Football and Basketball Inidividual and Team Workouts.  Beginning May 30th the high school Summer Strength and Conditioning Program begins.  Every week starting May 30th, every Tuesday - Thursday, summer weights for all high school boys will begin at 6:00 am, followed by middle school and high school girls at 7:15 am.  Immediately following the 6:00 am weight session the high school boys basketball team will also have individual and team workouts in the gymnasium, starting at 7:30 am.  The basketball workout sessions will end no later than 8:30 am.  

On Tuesday and Thursday of each week the high school boys football team will also have individual and team workouts beginning at 8:45 am. The 2017 Mustang Football Camp will be held the week of June 12th through the 16th. The 2017 Mustang Football Camp Flyer and Registration Form is attached below. There will be no basketball workouts the week of June 12th through the 16th for football camp and the week of June 26th through the 3oth.  There will be no football workouts the week of June 19th - June 23rd for basketabll camp.

Also according to KSHSAA regulations, on July 13th the individual and team workouts for both football and basketball will end, but the Summer Strength and Conditioning Program will continue through August.
