During Dr. Seuss week, the kids at the Intermediate school were challenged to read a combined total of at least 5000 minutes. The students doubled that number, therefore making Mr. Gawith eat chocolate bugs. After a lot of "ewwws" as they watched him chew up a few bugs, the kids had the opportunity to try them. Over half of the students anxiously wanted to try them. They could choose between milk chocolate crickets, or white chocolate larva. Most of the kids said they tasted like Kit Kats.
