FEPO MINUTES May, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 6:02.
Those in attendance were Monty Melugin, Tammy Brown, Larry Gawith
and Lisa Taylor.
Lisa read the minutes from the April meeting. Tammy made a motion
to accept minutes as read, Larry seconded the motion.
The Treasurers’ report was given by Larry. Lisa made a motion to
accept the Treasurers’ report as given; the motion was seconded by
Tammy.
Larry gave the Administration Report. They had gone over test
scores. Unofficially looks like the students did well.
Election of Officers for 2009-2010
Treasurers will be Connie and Erik Sorum.
Secretary will be Lisa Taylor
Vice President will be Tammy Brown
President will be Monty Melugin
Monty made a motion to have meeting the same night as School board
meetings. The motion was carried.
Meetings will be the 2nd Monday of the month.
The August meeting will be in Rosalia, September in Cassoday,
November in Rosalia, January in Rosalia, March in Cassoday, April
in Rosalia and the May meeting will be in Rosalia.
Date for budget meeting will be July 13 at 6:30
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35.
