Free Physicals

If your child is planning on participating in athletic competition at Flinthills Middle School or High School, he/she will need to have a current physical on file with the school. Dr.McVay of Family Medicine of ElDorado will be providing free physicals at the Flinthills gymnasium on Wednesday, July 23 from 5:30-7:00 pm. These physicals are free to all Flinthills students grades 7-12. Please have all medical history filled out on the form in advance.
